Yadkinville, NC — Mountain Valley Hospice & Palliative Care is re-locating its Yadkin area administrative and clinical operations, currently housed at 320 West Maple Street, to the SECU Hospice Care Center Campus at 243 North Lee Avenue, in Yadkinville.

"This move will facilitate additional support to the SECU Hospice Care Center operations, provide better collaboration among the combined staff, and give us time to evaluate our space needs for the future," said Denise Watson, Executive Director of Mountain Valley Hospice.

Since its opening in 2017, the SECU Hospice Care Center of Yadkin has served more than 200 patients and their families in Yadkin, Wilkes, Davie and western Forsyth Counties.

"As we continue to grow, our goal is to build a new, stand-alone office for home care operations on the SECU Care Center Campus. In the meantime, our team will share the inpatient facility, and continue to provide the same level of professional, compassionate care as always," said Watson. "The SECU Hospice Care Center of Yadkin and the current hospice office have been operating within two miles of each other. The facility offers enough space to accommodate the move. It's a win-win to bring the operations together."
