Want to make a difference in your life and someone else's? Ring in the New Year by becoming a Hospice Volunteer! Our volunteers are an integral part of the supportive care we provide. No medical training is required or needed. Volunteers offer emotional support, provide respite breaks for caregivers, run errands, and assist the family and patient in other practical ways.

Mountain Valley Hospice & Palliative Care will hold Patient/Family and Administrative Volunteer Training in Mount Airy, NC, on the following dates:

Saturday, January 16
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
401 Technology Lane, Suite 200

Saturday, January 23
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
401 Technology Lane, Suite 200
Mount Airy, NC 27030

Candidates must attend both sessions. All materials and training are free, and lunch and snacks are provided. Call Pat Younger, Director of Volunteer Services, at 336-789-2922 or toll-free at 1-888-789-2922, to reserve your seat in this interactive training.
