Holiday honor cards are the perfect gift for friends, family members, colleagues, and clients. Your honor card order will support hospice patients and families in need.
For a $10 donation per card, we will mail you a card and envelope for you to personalize and give.
For a $12 donation per card, we will personalize and mail a card for you to the gift recipient.
**Please note, we expect holiday honor cards to be ready in mid-November.
